Corporate speaking · Guided tastings · Whisk(e)y & wine collection consulting
Drambridge brings three decades of beverage alcohol expertise to the table three ways: corporate speaking and facilitation, guided wine & whisk(e)y tastings for teams and clients, and whisk(e)y and wine collection consulting for consumers.
Three ways to work together
Three connected disciplines, one source: three decades of distributor, supplier, and educator experience in wine and spirits.
Keynotes, breakout sessions for leadership offsites, corporate or organizational gatherings and private events facilitated by a professional with over 30 years of presenting to groups of all sizes.
Guided tastings and masterclasses for corporate teams, private clients, and trade events, led by a WSET Diploma holder and Master of Whisk(e)y.
Guidance for individual collectors and enthusiasts on building, organizing, and refining a whisk(e)y or wine collection — from first bottles to a serious home bar.
About the practice
Drambridge is built on a career spent evenly across three disciplines: trade and brand development, sales management, and learning & development — eleven, ten, and twelve years respectively, inside the wine and spirits business.
That combination is the bridge in the name: deep supplier and distributor experience on one side, WSET-level tasting expertise on the other. Drambridge translates that background into keynotes and facilitation, guided tastings, and one-on-one whisk(e)y and wine collection consulting.
Founded by Andrew Westley, MBA (University of Notre Dame), currently with Foley Family Wines and Spirits, following three decades in senior roles at Breakthru Beverage Group, Wirtz Beverage, and Union Beverage Company.
Three spans, one bridge
10 years for Sales and Sales Management, 11 years for Trade & Brand Development, and 12 years in Learning and Development.
Rose from front-line sales associate to Director, managing teams of up to 23 across sales, key accounts, and merchandising for Chicago Wine Merchants and Wirtz Beverage.
Directed brand and channel strategy for supplier partners including Bacardi USA, Bröwn‑Forman, Rémy USA, Cliquot Inc., and Caymus Vineyards.
Senior Director leading 6–7 L&D Directors nationally; built the CASK eLearning curriculum and Breakthru's buyer-type sales training.
Credentials

In the field
Behind the certifications: time spent teaching sales teams, standing in working distilleries, and walking vineyards around the world.
